The breakfast was perfect and staff were eager to help. Everything was very clean, I loved cathedral view from my guest room. Close to a theatre and a church. Moreover, vicinity of Radio City Music Hall was a plus.

I had really unforgettable experience and will come back. Homely, spotlessly clean place and secure area. Cafe in the lobby, convenient. Complimentary drinks, efficient wifi were a nice surprise. The venue was set in the central position.

Loved almost every detail, including location and people, they were second to none. Clean room and marble-lined bathroom. Kindness from the whole staff. I found cafe in the lobby. There was an affordable restaurant, the shops and fantastic shops next door.

it was as expected, had a such wonderful stay. the staff were extremely responsive, breakfast was gorgeous and location was premier. and it also had sweeping view.

Such great stay in the beautiful area. Every part of it was fantastic, I loved staff and rooms. Stunning interior, PERFECT restaurant. Need to add that WiFi was provided in the rooms.
Disappointing aspect was terrible bathroom.

We enjoyed almost every detail: wonderful location, very, very nice staff. Clean and ideal hotel in Manhattan district. Our stay was an incredible experience...
They asked to pay gbp 12 per 24 hours to get access to the net, nonetheless Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

This hotel is equal to 5 stars. Nice location, GREAT venue and very clean room. Subway station 5th Avenue-53rd Street was within walking distance of the hotel.

position of the hotel so close to times square and possibility to visit the museum of modern art. we liked everything at lotte new york palace including service and rooms. the housekeeping staff took care of us.

Excellent service, perfect surroundings. We visited Pax Deli, set only 400 ft away. We would like to stay there on the next trip if visiting New York City...
