The breakfast was perfect and staff were eager to help. Everything was very clean, I loved cathedral view from my guest room. Close to a theatre and a church. Moreover, vicinity of Radio City Music Hall was a plus.

Truly exceptional property, spotlessly clean, exceptional service and good value. Well-appointed unit with a nice bathtub.

I had really unforgettable experience and will come back. Homely, spotlessly clean place and secure area. Cafe in the lobby, convenient. Complimentary drinks, efficient wifi were a nice surprise. The venue was set in the central position.

Such great stay in the beautiful area. Every part of it was fantastic, I loved staff and rooms. Stunning interior, PERFECT restaurant. Need to add that WiFi was provided in the rooms.

They asked to pay gbp 12 per 24 hours to get access to the net, nonetheless Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

This hotel is equal to 5 stars. Nice location, GREAT venue and very clean room. Subway station 5th Avenue-53rd Street was within walking distance of the hotel.

position of the hotel so close to times square and possibility to visit the museum of modern art. we liked everything at lotte new york palace including service and rooms. the housekeeping staff took care of us.

Excellent service, perfect surroundings. We visited Pax Deli, set only 400 ft away. We would like to stay there on the next trip if visiting New York City...
